Warwick left Ernst & Young over 20 years ago to join PJD Tax and has been with us ever since. With over two decades’ tax experience and being an IRS enrolled agent he has a diverse array of knowledge in the field of UK and US personal tax.

He manages a team consisting of Anam Akhter (ATT), Hassan Rahman, Amrick Kaler, and Sobia Furqan. As a group they are experienced and working towards relevant qualifications.
Antony joined PJD Tax in 2026 as a Senior Manager and team leader. He has around 20 years of experience in US, UK and international private client tax, having worked across Big Four and specialist advisory firms in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
As an IRS Enrolled Agent, Antony advises internationally mobile individuals, high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs and families with cross-border tax affairs. His experience includes US and UK tax compliance, international information reporting, UK residence and remittance issues, pensions, investment income, capital gains, treaty positions and tax authority disclosures.
Antony leads the team consisting of Durga Rangana, Hetvi Darji, Nicholas Wilson and Samuel Holland, continuing the team’s focus on providing practical and approachable support to clients with UK/US tax matters. He particularly enjoys explaining complex tax rules in a clear and practical way so clients understand what they need to do and why.
Antony speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and has basic Japanese reading and writing ability. Away from the office, he volunteers with the Army Cadet Force and is usually either organising cadet activities, working on cars, or preparing a checklist for his next project.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in personal taxation, having worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager for 14 years. He spent 4 years working in Philadelphia before setting up PJD Tax Consultants in London in 2001. Paul’s approach to tax is unique, he particularly enjoys meetings and working closely with clients in supporting their long-term objectives.
Paul’s team consists of Bonnetta Brady, Anusa Sivayoganathan, Michelle Neckles-Simpson, Elif Buyuk, Ashish Shrestha, Luke Gowthorpe, Ricardo Haroun, Karunakar Reddy, Siva Dandu, and Aryan Patel who are all knowledgeable about UK and US tax, and share his belief in strong client relationships. Paul and the rest of the team are very ably supported by Sarah Ryman.
Paul is also a keen specialist in the art of conversation, especially when it’s accompanied by a glass of wine or food. So, if you would like some serious tax advice in a not so serious environment, give him a call.
Michele is one of the original founders of PJD Tax Consultants Ltd. She has many years of experience in expatriate tax having worked for Ernst & Young at the beginning of her career and continued through Price Waterhouse Coopers and then as an expatriate tax manager at Orange. As an IRS enrolled agent and with over 30 years of practical experience Michele is highly proficient in all areas of UK and US personal tax.
Michele manages a team consisting of Khush Shah, Chanosan Sivaloganathan, Ankita Mathurvaishya, Daby Miranda, Harnoor Singh, Mahfuz Alom, Riya Panchasara, Surya Karolil, and Jack Gilford. As a team they are very experienced and are all training towards relevant qualifications.
John began his tax career in May 2012 after a short stint in actuary. He started as a trainee at PJD Tax under the guidance of Andrew Jones (who will say he “taught him everything he knows”).
John is now a director at PJD Tax with years of experience under his belt to compliment his ATT and IRS Enrolled Agent qualifications. He manages the ‘The Dream Team’ consisting of Urooj Sheikh (manager), Tan Hallam (senior technical specialist), Jelina Maharjan (senior), Rimon Islam (senior), Vahini Kohulathasan (assistant), Benjamin Kalu (trainee), Vivian Ngo (trainee), Rory Thompson (trainee), Karan Gill (trainee), and Gabrielle Laylo (trainee).
John’s commitment to the company goes beyond his services as a tax consultant. He trains all junior members of staff and has been instrumental in raising PJD’s profile and online presence.
John is very approachable and is always willing to spend time with a client to discuss any queries they have, tax related or not.
Omar started his tax career at PJD in early 2015 as a trainee. Now, many years later, he is a senior manager with a breadth of experience along with being ATT qualified and an IRS Enrolled Agent.
Omar runs a team consisting of Jack Turner, Klaudia Kapica, Mahamoud Mohamed, and Muhammad Pasha supporting their career growth.
Omar is always happy to discuss your taxes and appropriately planning for them, or toddler tantrums which he is currently navigating (though mostly at home rather than in the office).
Khush joined PJD in 2023 as a dual handling US/ UK tax manager. He started his career in US tax with Ernst & Young in 2010 where he obtained his IRS Enrolled Agent qualification. After almost ten years, Khush moved to Cambridge to lead the US tax team with Websters for several years. He has over a decade of experience and works alongside Michele Pizzey at PJD.
Khush has a number of integral relationships with various well-recognised asset and wealth management firms, working closely together to assist taxpayers in maintaining tax efficient investments and compliance from both a US and UK tax perspective.

Urooj* started her tax career in September 2018 at Deloitte. She joined their UK/US tax compliance team on a graduate scheme. She later joined PJD Tax in December 2020 as one of the initial members of John McLaughlin’s team.
She has since progressed to a management position and is an indispensable member of the team and company. She is fully qualified under ATT and an IRS Enrolled Agent.

Bonnie is a graduate of law but had an interest in tax and chose to independently study UK taxation with the ATT.
In 2017, she joined PJD as part of Paul Devonshire’s team, and found an interest in guiding clients through cross jurisdiction issues of UK & US taxation. She later became ATT qualified and an IRS Enrolled Agent.
Bonnie enjoys speaking and meeting with clients and using the knowledge she has gained from Paul to provide practical guidance to them.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
Ankita is an EA-qualified professional and Chartered Accountant with around 10 years of experience in taxation and advisory. She began her career with Ernst & Young in India and joined PJD in 2020. As part of Michele’s team, Ankita supports clients across a wide range of tax matters, taking pride in helping them navigate complex obligations with clarity, confidence, and practical solutions tailored to their unique situations.
When she’s not untangling taxes, she’s surviving the chaos of mum life and chasing her next travel adventure — all of which keeps her curious, energetic, and ready to tackle clients’ tax challenges with creativity.
Jack started his tax career at PJD in 2021 and is now a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), ATT-qualified and an IRS Enrolled Agent, with over five years’ experience in UK and US taxation. As part of Omar Hussain’s team, he works with a wide range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of cross-border tax compliance and providing practical solutions to their tax issues.
Jack enjoys building strong relationships with clients and providing clear, practical advice to help make the filing process as straightforward and understandable as possible.
Originally from Manchester, Jack remains a loyal supporter of Manchester City and on the rare occasions he’s not thinking about tax, you’ll usually find him at a gig, reading a good book, watching sport, or working through an ever-growing list of films and TV shows.
